Tourmanium
Tourmanium and Nano-Diamond Tourmanium are the centerpiece of all Nuga Best products. When Tourmanium ceramics are heated, they emit far-infrared rays and negative ions which greatly stimulate your body’s cardiovascular and nervous system.
The energy emitted from Tourmanium improves circulation, helps cell regeneration, alleviates pain, strengthens the immune system, improves metabolism, among many other benefits as a result.
Far infrared rays
Far infrared radiations (FIR) in simple terms is a wavelength in the infrared spectrum of electromagnetic radiation. It is the safest form of energy to come from our sun. About half the energy generated by the human body is in the form of far infrared rays. It is a gentle radiant heat that can pass up to 4 cm beneath the skin.
Far infrared is central to Nuga Best therapeutic effects. The Tourmanium found in Nuga products emits far infrared radiation which greatly stimulates cardiovascular health, reduces pain and inflammation, muscular injuries, and increases the body’s detoxification capabilities.
Chuna Therapy
Chuna manipulation is a technique applied to restore balance to the body’s musculoskeletal system. Gentle corrective force is applied to the spine in order to restore function to its surrounding tissues.

Acupressure
Acupressure is a technique that applies physical pressure to acupuncture points with the aim of clearing blockages in your body that prevent the flow of energy (blood flow) and enhance your circulation.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is the act of burning moxa, a dried plant material made of mugworts, as a heat therapy for designated points on the body, such as acupressure points. It has the same aim as acupressure as it it is used to increase the circulation in that point of the body and to reduces blockages that may be occurring.

Low Frequency – TENS
TENS (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) is the method of delivering electrical impulses into your body. Low frequency TENS produces motor contractions stimulating the body to produce natural pain reliving endorphins and reducing the transmission of pain signals through the nervous system.
Nuga Best products take advantage of low frequency TENS therapy as an additional level of pain relief during therapeutic sessions as either accessories or the focal part of the treatment.
Negative Ions
Negative ions are found naturally in certain environments, like mountains, waterfalls, shores, and beaches. Once they reach the bloodstream, anions are believed to produce reactions that increase levels of the neuro-chemical serotonin, helping to alleviate depression, stress, and boost daytime energy.
